i’m lookin at nokia(too expensive), sony ericsson(k790i is not even out yet), helio(looks good but they don’t have blue tooth or IM), motorola(razrs are so over rated), yada yada yada…anybody got suggestions…

I need a quality camera flip phone (preferred) with password protection for my media – graphics, etc. Cingular network. Phone must also be email friendly. Which brands – Nokia, Samsung, etc have the best quality rating?

This phone got great ratings at newegg.com it’s all user ratings so you get the good with the bad from people who have actually ordered the phone from newegg.

You can’t beat the old nokia phones, very solid, no moving parts, great reception.

I am just looking for which cell phone has the best quality camera. I don’t care which provider or anything like that just which one takes the best pictures. I have a razr 2 and the pictures are fairly decent for a camera phone but I am kind of looking for something better.

What is the best one for this? I don’t talk on the phone a lot, but do text a lot. My brother in law had a phone on thanksgiving that stood up and played music through speakers, (so we could hear it, not thru headphone jacks only) It was pretty cool, but I don’t know what that was and I want to get out early for Black Friday deals

I am a person who changes my cell phone every 3-6 months. My favorite so far is the Voyager by Verizon. Not sure what service provider you are looking at. But I talk on my phone for maybe 100 or so minutes a month, but use well over 1000 text messages a month. It is one sounds like what you saw, speakers on the side and flips open toa keyboard.

The camera on the phone is a 2.0 but it has a two step focus, whereas my blackberry phone is a 2.0 mega pixel, but it doesn’t focus as well.
